About Jones Kanjira
Jones Kanjira is an expert in agriculture, youth programming, and rural development with more than seven years of experience in research, project monitoring, and evaluation. He is an envoy for the Communicating for Agriculture Exchange Program (CAEP) in Malawi, passionately championing international agricultural experiences and youth training. With unwavering dedication, he advocates for empowering the next generation through transformative opportunities that transcend borders and cultivate a global perspective in agriculture. His work has included designing, implementing, and evaluating projects in environmental restoration, humanitarian efforts, and food security and nutrition. He currently works as a Technical Associate – Project Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning at Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Malawi.
Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and a master’s degree in rural development and extension from the University of Lilongwe and Natural Resources (LUANAR). He is also completing his second master’s degree in international relations at the University of East London.
