About the Speakers
Retired Major General, Australian Army
Mick Ryan is a leader and strategist with more than three decades of experience working in senior roles in the Australian military and beyond. In January 2018, he assumed command of the Australian Defence College, he is currently a nonresident adjunct fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the author of "War Transformed".
Director, National Security, US Marine Corps War College
Tammy S. Schultz is the Director of the National Security and a Professor of Strategic Studies at the US Marine Corps War College. Previously, she was a Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, and also served as a research fellow and director of research and policy at the US Army’s Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute.
