Cristobal Ramón
Cristobal Ramón is an independent expert on US and global migration policy. He has served as a migration policy consultant to organizations such as the Migration Policy Institute, the George W. Bush Institute, the Episcopal Church’s Office of Government Relations, and the Presidents’ Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration. He previously worked for both the Immigration Project at the Bipartisan Policy Center and the National Immigration Forum and interned with the Migration Policy Institute.
Ramón is a graduate of Macalester College and the Master of Arts in international affairs program at the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, where he focused on comparative US-EU immigration policy. In addition, he researched Spain’s immigration policy as a Fulbright Scholar at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
