Carson Viggiano
Public Opinion Intern
Carson Viggiano, based in Nashville, Tennessee, began working with the Council in 2024 as a public opinion and foreign policy intern. A Chancellor’s Scholar and rising senior at Vanderbilt University, she studies International Political Conflict and Foreign Languages and Linguistics. She works as a research assistant at the Laboratory for Research on Conflict and Collective Action and frequently supports the Latin American Public Opinion Project with translation and data analysis projects. In her professional career, she hopes to explore civilian mobilization, state violence, and civil conflict.
